Tips for Guest Users

Accessing Crewdentials as a Guest User gives many benefits. Here are a few tips and tricks to help you get the best out of your Guest Access
The main Workspace User has set up your access and allowed you read only or edit access to specified pieces of information and documents
Crew Profiles
This section contains the data and documents that the Workspace User has granted you access to
Tips:
- Click on "Name" to change the order of the Crew Members
- Hover over the column header and three horizontal lines will appear. Click on these lines and then the filter button to search for a Crew Member by name
- Click on a Crew Member's name to open up their profile
- Sections marked with a grey "private" icon are the data fields that only you, and the main Workspace user can see (and edit, if you have the right permissions)
- Sections marked with a green "shared" icon are the data fields that you, the main Workspace user, and Crew Member can see and edit
Downloading Documents
You can download Crew documents in 2 ways:
- the Download documents button will download all documents on the Crew's profile in a zip folder
- scroll to the document you need and click on it. Click View and Download
If you've been granted edit access, you can also add Documents. See the guide at the end to show you how
Group Documents
- These are documents that belong to the Group, as opposed to a particular Crew Member. This may include items such as vessel registration documents, or insurance policies.
- You can view and download documents
- These have not been shared with Crew Members
Group Files
- These are files such as handbooks, policies, template documents.
- You can view and download files
- Crew Members may have been granted access to these files.
