Powerful reporting and oversight from your Document list
Your Documents List explained
Add doc: allows you to add a Document to your Workspace, more details in this guide
Doc: this is the name of the Document
Type: Documents are categorised as either Certificate, Passport, ID&Visa or Other
Verification status: Pulls the verification status from each Document into the Document list. Statuses include Verified, Rejected, Unknown, Pending. Further details in this guide
Groups: A Document can be added to a Group - for example a certificate of insurance being added to a vessel
Belongs to: Tells you which individual Crew Member the Document belongs to
Workflow Doc: Indicates whether the Document is in a Workflow
Issue Date: As recorded when the Document is uploaded
Expiry Date: As recorded when the Document is uploaded
Uploaded: the date the Document was uploaded

All column headers are clickable - this will sort your Document list by the column chosen
You could sort your list by date, who the document belongs to, verified status
For more control over the display of your Document List:
- Hover over the column header and 3 horizontal lines will appear
- Depending on the column type (eg text, date) you will have the option to filter or search as shown in the picture below
Our customers find it really useful to filter by:
- qualification type (eg all Medical Fitness Certificates, all Master qualifications) and/or
- expiry date (choose from expiring on, by, between)
Once filtered or sorted you can Export to CSV or excel

Expiring Documents: your graph
Statistics about your expiring documents are displayed in a clear and user friendly graph. Simply click the "Show more" button to display a month by month breakdown, and your cumulative stats for the following 12 months
Tip: clicking on the coloured pills will exclude them from the results
The graph displays the statistics based on your filters applied: for example all Medical Fitness certificates

Tips
Right clicking (or double finger tap for a Mac trackpad) on a Document will allow you to open the Document in another tab or window.
Helpful where you have applied a filter, or sorted your list, or scrolled to a particular place in the list and you want to come back to that display easily.
