Your Crew list is a quick way to access all your Crew Members and their Profiles.  You can also add Crew from this page

Your Crew list explained

Add crew: allows you to add a Crew Member, more details in this guide

Name: this lists the Crew Member's Display Name

Crew Profiles: this lists the workflows that the Crew Member has completed or is attached to.  In other words, it tells you which Profiles the Crew Member has with you

Groups: lists all Groups that the Crew Member is in

Data: If any Data Fields in a Workflow are mandatory, this column displays whether information has been populated in all of those Data Fields

Docs: If a Document Block in a Workflow is mandatory, this column displays whether a document has been uploaded to this Document Block. It does not display whether the correct document has been uploaded

Updates: this column will tell you which Crew Members have updated their data or documents.  You will also be notified by the red dot on the bell in top right corner

All column headers are clickable - this will sort your Crew list by the column you choose

You could sort your list by name, date created, any updates

For more control over the display of your Crew List:

Hover over the column header and 3 horizontal lines will appear

Depending on the column type (eg text, date, number) you will have the option to search or filter as shown here:

Tips!

Right clicking (or double finger tap for a Mac trackpad) on a Crew Member will allow you to open the Crew Member's entry in another tab or window.

Helpful where you have applied a filter, or sorted your list, or scrolled to a particular place in the list and you want to come back to that display easily.
