This is the homepage of the portal.
You will need to be registered with a smsPASS, even if you just want to log in with username and password. Click on smsPASS and follow the instructions

Once you are registered with smsPASS, the best way to log in is still via username and password (indicated with Uporabnisko ime in geslo)
Once you have access, the portal is easy to use and you can display the instructions and boxes in English.
Top tip: Ensure that you fill the seafarer's name in using Slovenian special characters where applicable. You can access these via the keyboard icon
