Templates: Using to create documents

Using a template that you've previously created is simple and will produce you a populated document in seconds


Simply 
  • Navigate to the Crew Member that you want to create a document for 

  • Select the right Crew Profile 

  • Click Files


You can choose from any of the templates you've previously saved in the Workspace or use a template that you've saved locally on your computer (see this guide)

You can choose from any of the available templates for that Crew Profile: 

Using a Template saved locally

You can use a template saved locally by following these 2 simple steps

Click Generate file from custom template

  • Click the No file chosen box

  • The document library on your device will open up

  • Navigate to your saved Templates and click Open

Saving the populated document

Choose whether to download the finished document, or save it into Crewdentials


If you save it to Crewdentials, it will default to not being available to the Crew Member. You can easily change this toggle once the document is saved


Simply name the file and click Save/Download

Adding a File to a Crew Profile

Within the Crew Profile attached to the Workflow, make sure you are in the Files section


Click upload a File and select the appropriate file from your document library, and use the toggle switch to make the file available to a Crew Member.


You can delete a file but you will also be deleting it from the Crew's own Profile!
