Files and Documents: Sharing

This guide gives an overview of how Files and Documents can be shared with Crew Members. We also give some tips on which method works best for what you need to share!
Certificate: best added as a Document and then added to a Crew Profile within a Workflow
Documents that relate to an individual and need to be kept for record keeping purposes (examples include SEA (signed), promotion letters, salary letters): best added as a Document and then added to a Crew Profile within a Workflow
General information such as Joining instructions, handbooks, policies and procedures: best added as a File to either: a Crew Profile (available to just that Crew Member), a Workflow (available to all Crew Members who have access to that Workflow) or a Group (available to all Crew who have access to Workflows within that Group)
